I improved post-discharge performance by more than 40% through workflow redesign, data review, and leadership accountability.
I also led operational integration through two acquisitions and launched two new markets, supporting planning, staffing, workflows, and leadership development. I used Power BI, Tableau, and Excel to develop KPIs, identify improvement opportunities, and present action plans.
At Saint Francis Hospital, I evaluate, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic urologic conditions in inpatient and outpatient settings. I also conduct hospice eligibility and recertification evaluations at Amedisys Hospice, and have taught graduate-level Nurse Practitioner students at Oral Roberts University.
