At Banco BV, I launched Tag BV Veloe and led design from discovery through delivery. My work across Pix and payments contributed to 20% greater product efficiency and 15% higher product success rates.

I use interviews, usability testing, concept testing, card sorting, focus groups, A/B tests, and product metrics to validate opportunities and improve customer journeys. I turn findings into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, accessible handoffs, and scalable design-system practices.
