Product Designer role on a B2B SaaS or enterprise product team, owning end-to-end flows from discovery to handoff, evolving the design system and building AI-augmented design workflows. I value research-driven decisions, close work with engineering, and measuring design impact through business metrics.

Product Designer with 6+ years in design - the last two focused on digital products - and a background in business. I specialize in B2B SaaS and enterprise UX: design systems, complex operational flows, and research-driven redesigns for fintech (Banco BV) and logistics tech (Frenet / Skydropx Group).

At Frenet I co-lead an AI-first design culture initiative, building AI-augmented workflows (Claude, Figma MCP, Lovable, Vercel) that cut time-to-prototype from ~2 days to hours. I encode design systems, UX writing guidelines and handoff standards as AI-readable Skills, and ship functional, interactive prototypes for stakeholder presentations and developer handoff.

Previously I led the 3-month redesign of BV Conecta, an enterprise knowledge base used by Banco BV’s Customer Success operation, running quantitative research with 100+ operators plus field shadowing, and mapping operator journeys against AHT, FCR and CSAT.
