I’m looking for a senior telecom service delivery/global operations role where I can own end-to-end service reliability, SLA/KPI governance, incident escalation and RCA, and improve B2B customer experience while protecting revenue in mission-critical 2G/3G/4G environments.

I’m a results-driven Senior Telecom & IT Service Delivery Manager with 10+ years of experience leading end-to-end service operations across global, multi-region telecom and enterprise environments. I specialize in mission-critical RAN and Core Network infrastructures (2G/3G/4G – PS/CS domains & IN), ensuring high availability, performance, and SLA/KPI alignment.

I lead incident and escalation management with war-room coordination, RCA, and preventive measures to protect service stability and customer outcomes. Through core network optimization, system migrations, and SLA/KPI performance frameworks, I’ve improved network stability and uptime—driving measurable gains such as 99.9% service stability/uprtime and reducing resolution time (MTTR) to 4hrs.

In B2B and enterprise contexts, I build governance that executives can act on, running weekly and monthly service governance (MBR) with C-level stakeholders and internal teams. I’ve driven customer experience improvements, including 2% reduction in recurring incidents and a 30% increase in CSAT/NPS, while protecting revenue through service penalty optimization and churn reduction for high-value accounts.

I bring a hands-on technical foundation in network engineering (routing & switching), IN & VAS planning, change & release management, and roaming/interconnect operations.
