What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead end-to-end supply, logistics, and project delivery for telecom accounts, improving warehouse performance, managing supply risks, meeting SLAs, and developing local supply chain teams.

I've managed end-to-end supply operations for Huawei telecom projects in Ethiopia and the Democratic Republic of the Congo, supporting accounts with more than 100M in annual revenue. My work spans site configuration, warehouse-to-site dispatch, inland transportation, CIAG, SO closure, equipment revenue management, and supply assurance.

On the Airtel Modernization project, I optimized local warehouse operations to reach a record of 38 site dispatches per day and supported 300 site swaps per month. The project completed 813 site swaps in four months—six months ahead of plan—saving 400K in cost, and earned me a Huawei regional President Commendation award for the DRC Airtel Wireless Modernization project.

Today, I support supply assurance and risk mitigation for key CBG accounts, coordinate suppliers across planning, ordering, and logistics, and lead the local DRC SCM team while mentoring a project supply manager intern.
