Patience Guzani

At Harare City Council, I provided counselling and psychosocial support to employees facing personal, family and work-related challenges. I conducted needs assessments, made referrals and offered crisis and return-to-work support.

I also helped develop and evaluate employee wellness programmes, facilitated mental health awareness workshops, and maintained confidential case records and reports. My remote customer service work at Global Village involved serving international guests and resolving their enquiries in a multicultural environment. I’m particularly interested in community and family social work, including relationship issues, men’s mental health, youth empowerment and substance abuse prevention.
