Felicia Mazhawidza

I am a highly motivated professional with progressive experience in social services within the government sector, complemented by my volunteer work in various communities. My journey has been marked by a commitment to delivering results and driving strategic initiatives in fast-paced environments. I pride myself on my attention to detail and my ability to effectively plan and organize events, campaigns, and outreach programs.

During my internship at Harare City Council, I conducted child and family assessments, coordinated with various social services, and facilitated access to essential resources for vulnerable populations. My role involved crisis intervention, collaboration with law enforcement, and organizing community campaigns aimed at addressing pressing social issues. I also contributed to the writing of case reports and prepared research and statistical reports that informed stakeholders and guided our interventions.

In addition to my professional experience, I actively engage in volunteer work, collaborating with teams to conduct fundraising events for the less privileged. My educational background, including a postgraduate diploma in Social Work and a Bachelor of Science in Sociology, has equipped me with the necessary skills to excel in this field.
