I maintained confidential beneficiary records in Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud and prepared donor narrative reports.
At Zimbabwe Prisons and Correctional Services, I coordinated family liaison and reintegration planning. I now facilitate child protection and family-strengthening workshops for children and youth groups at SMILE Centre, and I'm a registered social worker in Zimbabwe with UNICEF PSEA certification.
