I am a strategic and innovative HR executive with a proven ability to align human capital strategies with business objectives, enhancing employee engagement and organizational performance. My experience spans leading HR teams, managing talent acquisition, and implementing HRIS technologies to optimize service delivery. I am passionate about fostering a positive workplace culture and driving HR excellence through data-driven decision-making.

Currently, I serve as a Supervisory HR Specialist at USAID Kenya & East Africa, where I co-lead a team of HR professionals to ensure compliance and enhance organizational effectiveness. My role involves advising leadership on employee lifecycle management, leading talent management initiatives, and utilizing HR data to inform strategic decisions. I have successfully managed recruitment processes, developed inclusive hiring strategies, and overseen HR projects that align with USAID’s global strategic framework.

Throughout my career, I have demonstrated a disciplined approach to problem-solving, balancing business goals with employee needs. My previous roles include HR American Services Team Lead at the U.S. Embassy and Human Resources Manager at Greensteds International School, where I transformed HR into a strategic partner and implemented policies that fostered employee engagement and operational efficiency.
