I've supported USAID Kenya and East Africa across workforce planning, employee relations, benefits, compensation, HR systems, and full employee lifecycle administration.
As an HR Specialist, I advised staff and managers on policy, ethics, grievances, disciplinary matters, insurance, leave, retirement, and severance. I managed HR records across EAPS, OPS, ASIST, and WinTA/WebTA; produced staffing reports for Mission leadership and headquarters; and led HR information-systems projects.
Earlier, I managed personal services contracts from pre-award through closeout, conducted position classification reviews, mentored HR Assistants, and maintained customer-focused support across a multi-office workforce. I bring Tableau, advanced Excel, and policy-development experience to improving data accuracy, compliance, and HR service delivery.
