At Capco Technologies, I owned strategy and delivery for HSBC’s Project Engine fund order routing migration, a 200+ member program that completed on schedule with zero regulatory escalations. I ran day-to-day client governance, including SteerCo and executive planning reviews.
At Capco, I also delivered transformation work across Deutsche Bank’s third-party risk management program, Credit Suisse’s wealth and private banking platforms, and Bangkok Bank’s regional SAP AML rollout. My work included reshaping vendor risk workflows, managing releases, and coordinating change and go-live readiness.
At IBM India, I headed delivery teams for Nationwide Building Society’s savings originations platform, an HSBC trading platform upgrade, and Bell Canada’s eCommerce and OneBill platforms. Earlier at Amdocs Development Center India, I helped grow Rogers’ UAT team and led testing for BT Neo releases, introducing regression automation scripting.
Since November 2025, I’ve been building AI products through Independent Consulting. Project Phoenix is an operational AI-enabled programme management platform with 900+ records in daily use; I’m also developing Easycommunity and EasyAssist for Elderly.
