I’m a management professional with over 20 years of progressive experience across the automotive, advertising, and educational sectors, where I’ve consistently driven efficiency, solved complex challenges, and led high-performing teams. I hold a recently completed MBA (2023) with a specialized passion for Human Resources, and I bring deep, practical knowledge of spare parts supply chains, repair operations, and customer service excellence.

As a Supervisor at SAFIR Company (Mar 2024–Present), I oversee daily workforce operations, conduct performance evaluations, and implement coaching and development programs to improve productivity, service quality, and job satisfaction. I also serve as the senior point of contact for customer interactions, investigating and resolving complex complaints, and managing, mentoring, and motivating teams while strengthening customer outreach and retention.

Earlier, I spent Mar 2013–Mar 2024 as a Teacher at SAFIR Company, developing communication, mentoring, training, and classroom leadership skills that transfer directly to staff coaching and human resource development. Before that, as an Internal Manager (2006–Mar 2013) at IranKhodro Representative (Branch 1276), I coordinated automotive repair workflows, handled spare parts requisition and escalation for sensitive customer complaints, and streamlined communication between repair, warehouse inventory, and procurement teams to improve continuity and workshop throughput.
