I've conducted Ph.D. research at the Animal Biotechnology Centre, NDVSU, focused on genetic sequencing, reproductive biotechnology, and bioinformatics.
I analyzed transcriptomic profiling of conventional & sex sorted cryopreserved semen aswell as quality data in R using Mann-Whitney U tests, Fisher's Exact tests, Spearman correlation, hierarchical clustering, and PCA. I also led comparative studies of conventional and sex-sorted cryopreserved bull and buffalo semen.
Through hands-on training at MAMC and Lok Nayak Hospital, I performed PCR, RT-qPCR, Sanger sequencing, nucleic acid isolation, karyotyping, and sperm morphology assessment.
I'm transitioning into data science and bioinformatics roles, bringing RNA-Seq, sequence alignment, machine learning fundamentals, scientific writing, and six peer-reviewed publications to genomics and life-sciences data challenges.
