At Innovation Technology By Design, I administer Windows Server environments, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and File Services.
I manage Microsoft Intune device enrollment, compliance policies, application deployment, and endpoint administration. I also administer Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, and Teams.
I configure Conditional Access policies, support security initiatives, and automate recurring administrative tasks using PowerShell. I also provide L1/L2 support for Windows, Microsoft 365, VPN, RDP, and business applications.
Previously, at Campus EAI, I provided Level 2 support for escalated incidents and assisted Level 1 analysts with troubleshooting. At iYogi Tech Services, I conducted product demonstrations and customer consultations.
