What I'm looking for

I’m looking for senior QA leadership where I can modernize test strategy, lead distributed teams, and use AI-driven automation and quality gates to improve release reliability, speed, and data-driven go/no-go decisions.

I’m a results-driven QA Lead/Manager based in Mumbai, India, with 12+ years designing and executing quality strategies across large-scale, complex enterprise programs. I focus on reducing post-release defects and improving release cadence across distributed Agile teams.

I lead end-to-end QA delivery, mentor cross-functional engineers, and build quality gates, test standards, and shift-left practices that cut defect escape rates. I’m hands-on with next-generation AI coding and testing tools, using agentic workflows to accelerate test scaffolding and prompt-driven test generation.

My recent wins include pioneering AI-assisted test automation with Playwright (TypeScript) and structured prompt engineering—taking requirements to production-ready automation much faster. I’ve also migrated and modernized automation approaches (including Testim-powered automation) to reduce flaky tests and regression cycle time.

I bring deep experience in API testing (REST/SOAP), microservices, CI/CD, and cloud environments (Microsoft Azure Certified), ensuring end-to-end quality across distributed architectures. I’m comfortable setting governance standards, reporting executive-ready metrics, and making data-driven go/no-go release decisions.
