I've led digital transformation, AI, analytics, and operational improvement work across steel, retail, ecommerce, and enterprise technology businesses.

In my current freelancing work, I serve as part-time CIO and Data Management Head for a 12+ brand house of brands. I cut AWS, Gmail, and Azure infrastructure costs by 50%, built a data warehouse and API/scraping pipelines, delivered 50+ enterprise dashboards, and developed AI solutions for marketing, inventory, and backend data access.

At PARtech Software India, I served as Director Business Operations and Chief of Staff to the India Head, helping scale the AI Center of Excellence and reducing per-employee operating costs by about 25%. I also supported growth from 250 to nearly 400 employees, established a 24x7 Global Support Center, and led administration, procurement, facilities, and governance across two offices.

Earlier, I led digital consulting at ArcelorMittal Nippon Steel India, built transformation pipelines with vetted savings of about $40 million, and ran Voylla's online business to profitability within six months. Across Essar Steel and Voylla, I built S&OP engines, supply-chain planning, data warehouses, pricing models, BI reporting, and advanced process-control systems with measurable operational and financial impact.
