What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead hospitality operations where I can streamline service flow, strengthen food safety and training, and improve efficiency through strong team leadership and cross-functional coordination.

I’m a hospitality and operations professional with over 10 years of experience in restaurant operations, kitchen management, customer service, and team leadership. I focus on calm, organized execution—especially during high-volume service—while keeping guest satisfaction consistently strong.

As Vice President of Operations at Lucky Paws Venture Inc., I oversee daily business operations, staffing, scheduling, and reporting systems. I manage operational workflows to improve service efficiency, coordinate teams to maintain high customer service standards, and handle inventory management, purchasing, and operational planning.

Alongside leadership, I’ve built expertise as a Food Consultant / Operations Consultant for freelance hospitality clients since 2017. I assist restaurants with operational systems, kitchen workflow, and service improvements; I also train staff on customer service, food handling, and operational procedures, supporting menu planning, costing, and event coordination.

Earlier, I served as Chef / Owner of AK Food Services and started from hands-on kitchen roles, supervising production and customer service while maintaining food safety and quality standards. Across every stage of my career, I’ve stayed committed to staff training & development, roster/shift management, inventory control, and food safety & hygiene compliance—plus strong cross-functional coordination between kitchen and front-of-house.
