What I'm looking for

I’m seeking a versatile role in a sector such as customer service, administration, commerce, or operations, where I can contribute to client support, administrative work, and operational coordination.

At Satran Dakar, I welcome and advise clients, follow their files through the process, and check and process administrative documents. I also coordinate with partners to help ensure deadlines are met and update information on management platforms.

During my internship with the Port Autonome de Dakar, I welcomed and guided service users, provided administrative assistance, and followed operational activity with field teams. My experience also includes customer service, cash handling, administrative support, and first-level computer maintenance.
