What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can support youth and families through structured case planning and ABA-informed care—using strong documentation, interviewing, and individualized goal setting to improve outcomes and build trust.

I’m a youth case manager with experience in the mental health field, working clinically with young children, adolescents, and adults, and supporting families to improve client outcomes. I gather information through interviewing strategies, create detailed documentation, and manage client files to keep care organized and actionable.

I develop plans that combine coping strategies, educational resources, health services, and short- and long-term goals to strengthen overall quality of life. I’ve participated in Administrative Case Reviews, led Child Family Team Meetings, and testified in court, and I hold DCFS licensure with Child Welfare Employee (CWEL) and certifications including CERAP, CANS, and Specialty.

Alongside case management, I work as an ABA therapist, supporting youth with developmental disabilities in in-home and classroom settings. I build individualized schedules, use step-by-step instruction to support learning and wellbeing, and complete psych note-taking in SOAPS, including documentation through WebABA. I also bring e-commerce strengths from running an Etsy shop, applying SEO and data analysis, financial budgeting, and market research to drive growth.
