What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can use case management, counseling, and mentoring to support families and diverse clients. I want to build trusting relationships, coordinate resources, and apply evidence-based practices to create measurable positive outcomes.

I’m a compassionate Case Manager II with experience providing case management services for adults and children. I build trusting relationships while developing personalized care plans, setting achievable goals, and offering ongoing client support through evidence-based practices. I also advocate for clients by coordinating resources, facilitating referrals, and organizing community events to strengthen support systems.

Alongside case management, I developed educational support plans as an After School Teacher, delivering one-on-one and group academic support for K-6 students and improving engagement and performance. With a B.S. in Criminology-Law Enforcement and strengths in critical thinking and counseling, I’m motivated to leverage mentoring, counseling, and case management to support families and promote positive outcomes.
