I want to lead resilient 24/7 infrastructure—scaling, automating, and hardening systems for fault-tolerant operations. I’m excited to build teams and service processes, reduce downtime, and deliver from scratch with speed, precision, and calm under pressure.

I’m an IT Infrastructure Leader with over 14+ years of experience transforming “chaotic systems into smooth, reliable operations” for companies with 400+ users. I build IT infrastructures that run 24/7 without disruption, and I specialise in scaling, automation, and fault-tolerant architecture.

In my recent role as Head of System Integration Department, I optimised IT infrastructure for 400+ users and reduced downtime by 40%, while managing enterprise-level server infrastructure and a large equipment fleet. I deployed and administered corporate VoIP telephony integrated into business workflows, developed automated business processes across departments, and ensured cybersecurity coverage across perimeter, data, and end-users.

Before that, as Head of IT Infrastructure Department, I launched a new office from the ground up—from network architecture design to full commissioning—then built the IT support team and established service management processes.
