What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a non-technical role in customer support or back-office operations where I can handle customers confidently, manage schedules and documentation accurately, and grow by learning new tools and processes quickly.

I’m a B.Tech Computer Science graduate seeking non-technical opportunities where I can use my communication strengths and strong organizational habits. I’m fluent in Telugu and comfortable communicating in English, with the ability to understand Hindi.

I focus on customer handling with patience and a willingness to learn quickly. I’m confident in teamwork, time management, and coordinating tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

I’ve supported event coordination through volunteering at Parul University, assisting with communication, schedules, and team coordination to help activities run effectively. I also have experience with appointment-related workflows and responsible documentation.

Whether it’s customer support, back-office operations, administration, or remote service roles, I’m ready to contribute reliably and adapt fast to new processes and systems.
