I’m a results-driven Computer Science Engineering final-year student with a strong foundation in data management, documentation, and customer communication. I’m seeking a remote role where I can deliver accurate, timely work using MS Excel and clear verbal & written communication.

I bring practical customer-facing capability through structured support tasks like email and chat support, alongside problem solving and active listening. I’m fast, detail-oriented, and adaptable, so I can handle changing priorities while maintaining quality and speed.

My technical strengths include MS Excel (Udemy/Simplilearn certified), plus MS Word and PowerPoint certifications. I also have hands-on experience with C programming (Coursera) and basic GUI & web application development, which helps me understand and document workflows accurately.

Through projects like MediWise (AI-based healthcare assistance), VR Shop (e-commerce product listings with data entry), and Query Agent (GUI query management), I’ve practiced data structuring, documentation, and user-focused interfaces. I also volunteered as an Event Coordinator, managing participant queries and real-time coordination under deadlines.
