I’m looking to lead product and delivery for regulated, data-rich platforms—turning stakeholder outcomes into reliable roadmaps, integrations, and AI-assisted documentation within strong Agile teams.

I’m a Senior Product Owner and digital platform delivery leader with 15+ years of experience across enterprise software, digital health, and regulated environments. I translate customer and stakeholder needs into product roadmaps, epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and sprint-ready backlogs engineering teams can act on.

I’ve progressed into hands-on product leadership at the Terry Fox Research Institute’s Digital Health & Discovery Platform (DHDP), leading delivery for a complex platform with multiple integrated partner applications and technical teams. I shape roadmap priorities by balancing user outcomes, technical feasibility, platform maturity, partner dependencies, risks, and delivery commitments.

My work consistently emphasizes reliability, data quality, system integration, compliance, and operational workflows. I support UAT readiness, smoke testing, regression planning, integration validation, issue triage, and release coordination—while creating Jira dashboards, Confluence documentation, RAID trackers, and decision records to keep alignment and transparency high.

Before product leadership, I built quality capabilities as a Senior Test Automation Engineer in utility-sector software (SCADA-adjacent workflows, transmission/distribution operations, grid reliability concepts). I led test automation strategy with Selenium, Java, Python, SQL, and CI/CD practices, including SQL-based data integrity checks that strengthen confidence in releases and outcomes.
