At PeopleCert, I define the organization-wide BI strategy and lead BI Engineering and Analytics teams in Athens and the UK through post-acquisition integration. I’m harmonizing data platforms and reporting standards across both entities.
I delivered more than 20 enterprise reports for Sales, Finance, HR, and Operations, with 300+ daily viewers. I also rationalized the reporting estate from 130 reports to 40, reducing maintenance overhead by ~70%.
I implemented a data governance framework using Microsoft Purview and delivered training on Power BI Service and Microsoft Copilot to support self-service BI adoption. I’ve also presented cost-cutting analyses and app rationalization recommendations to C-level stakeholders.
Before becoming Head of Business Intelligence, I led BI development at PeopleCert and migrated reporting infrastructure to Microsoft Fabric and Databricks. At Euronet Worldwide, Vodafone Greece, Hemmersbach, and Nova, I developed dashboards, reporting, and analytical solutions for business teams.
