What I'm looking for

I'm looking to apply my technical support, troubleshooting, CRM, training, and customer relationship experience in a role that improves user adoption, resolves issues clearly, and strengthens service delivery.

I've supported K–12 users, software customers, and insurance clients through technical troubleshooting, implementation, training, and responsive service. At Five-Star Technology Solutions, I translated stakeholder requirements into user stories, wireframes, and documentation while connecting customers, sales, implementation, and development teams.

As an agency owner with Indiana Farm Bureau Insurance, I manage customer relationships and daily operations using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, train staff on system processes, and improve service delivery. Earlier, I provided district-wide technology support for more than 60 staff and 1,100 students, installing and supporting servers, computers, peripherals, and network cabling.
