pam nicoulin
@pamnicoulin
Special education and business educator with 30+ years creating supportive, standards-based learning.
What I'm looking for
I’m a mild intervention educator with more than 30 years of experience in business and education, and I’ve spent my career focused on student development through engaging lesson planning, strong classroom management, and clear student assessment. I design curriculum aligned to state standards and maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and test scores, while ensuring confidentiality during state test administration.
I also bring a technology-forward teaching approach, facilitating remote instruction with Zoom and Google Meets and using Canvas LMS to support online and virtual learning. Beyond the classroom, I’ve led K-12 Junior Achievement programming as a Program Director and later served as a Career Case Manager, strengthening my ability to recruit and train volunteers, support learners through intake and coaching, and partner effectively with families, faculty, administrators, and community stakeholders.
