I've spent more than 29 years supporting students through special education, general education, behavior intervention, IEP case management, and virtual instruction.

At Success Academy and Anderson Alternative School, I provided specialized instruction for middle and high school students and successfully ran a virtual special education program for five years. I managed IEP responsibilities, progress monitoring, family communication, and individualized academic and behavioral support.

At Independence School District, I served students with diverse learning and behavioral needs by developing positive behavior interventions and collaborating with families, educators, administrators, and multidisciplinary teams.

I've also taught fifth grade and owned an educational tutoring business for more than 10 years, creating targeted instructional strategies while managing client relationships, scheduling, and daily operations.
