At Teleperformance Portugal, I provide Tier 1 technical support for the Meta Advertising Platform, handling advertiser issues by email and chat. I check Meta Pixel setup and status, and escalate complex cases to Tier 2 or a specialist team when needed.
Through Westongate Ltd / Casañas 3D, I support architects and project managers with 2D plans and 3D visualisations. I also turn concepts into product specifications and produce renders and flipbooks for client presentations.
At BW Development, I produced architectural plans and 3D designs and retouched photography for web and printed flipbooks. I’m now teaching myself data analysis, focusing on Excel, Google Sheets, SQL and Python, with Power BI next on my list.
