I've supported insurance operations at Patra Corp India BPO, processing work orders, verifying policy documents, and maintaining accurate records across EPIC Application, JOBID, Sagitta360, NODE, and internal workflow systems.

I work closely with clients and internal teams to resolve issues, meet SLA and quality targets, and improve workflows. I also prepare reports in MS Excel and WPS Office and train new team members on processes, policies, and application usage.

Previously at Digiyoda IT Hub, I reviewed user-generated and advertising content through the SSR Tool, identifying and escalating policy-violating material while maintaining platform guidelines, confidentiality, productivity, and review quality.

My earlier experience includes academic data and examination administration as a Junior Assistant, along with customer service coordination and operational reporting as an Assistant Manager at a Sony Authorized Service Center. I was recognized with a Best Employee Award for operational excellence at G.S. Technologies.
