What I'm looking for

I'm seeking an opportunity to contribute hands-on IT infrastructure, network security, endpoint management, and telecom engineering skills within a dynamic technical team.

At Cativity Technology, I deliver end-to-end technical support for enterprise clients, deploy IAM, PAM, mail gateway, and network security platforms, and manage infrastructure assets to keep operations running.

I've supported telecom operations at Nepal Telecom and Vianet Communications, maintaining tower infrastructure, monitoring traffic, troubleshooting connectivity issues, and assisting customers. I also built a Telecom Site Management System with React, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, and Supabase to centralize site data for field and admin teams.

I've automated telecom maintenance reporting with Python, reducing manual documentation effort by about 60%, and I bring hands-on experience across networking, endpoint security, remote support, and technical documentation.
