What I'm looking for

I seek a full-time/remote role in Doha focusing on people operations, talent development and organizational transformation, with growth and leadership impact.

I am a seasoned People Operations and HR leader with over 14 years of experience across HR generalist and specialist functions, focused on creating seamless employee experiences from onboarding to offboarding. I partner with leadership to identify, retain and develop critical talent to support long-term organizational growth.

I have led large-scale initiatives including succession planning, competency-based performance management, capability-building interventions and change management during M&A and IPO environments. I design and track talent metrics and HR dashboards to provide actionable insights to management.
