At a full-service digital design agency, I’ve led end-to-end creative delivery across multiple concurrent client projects—from brief definition and creative strategy to final handoff and developer coordination. I manage scope, creative timelines, and review cycles while aligning stakeholders across healthcare, fintech, e-commerce, and education.

Recently, I coordinated as the sole visual designer across a 100-person cross-functional team at Planera.io, managing design requirements, sprint cycles, developer handoffs in Figma Dev Mode, and design quality audits. I also built the complete design system and component library in Figma from scratch, and protected delivery with clear post-meeting documentation to prevent scope creep.

I’ve also stepped in during challenging timelines—defining a complete visual language from scratch when visual direction was missing, and delivering 200+ screens across 8+ modules. I mentor junior designers, run design reviews, and keep teams consistent through design systems, pattern libraries, and strong stakeholder communication—so creative work ships smoothly.
