At Parkar, I manage end-to-end HR operations, partnering with senior leadership on policy rollouts, workforce planning inputs, and engagement and compliance decisions. I coordinate onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, and compliance processes across the organization.
I also manage US and Singapore employee mobility, coordinating visa cases directly with immigration attorneys. During one year at Parkar, I handled full-cycle US IT recruitment, sourcing and screening candidates and coordinating client interviews.
