I've managed end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles at CyberMSI, Fibonalabs, Biorev Studios, and Legend Footwear, from sourcing through onboarding. I partner with hiring managers to define requirements, assess candidates, negotiate offers, and maintain a positive candidate experience.

At Fibonalabs, I supported hiring strategy with IT leaders, developed HR policies and an employee handbook for 70+ employees, and led employee engagement, service excellence, and rewards initiatives. I also supervised and mentored a team of two.

At CyberMSI, I built cybersecurity talent pipelines, supported payroll and background verification, maintained employee records, and strengthened employer branding. I use LinkedIn Recruiter, Instahyre, Naukri, Indeed, Internshala, ZipRecruiter, BambooHR, Zoho CRM, and ClickUp to keep hiring organized and effective.

Earlier, I worked as a Software Engineer at Vayam Technologies Pvt Ltd, delivering mobile development solutions using Android, Java, HTML, and CSS. That technical foundation helps me understand IT hiring requirements and evaluate technical talent.
