What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build scalable, high-performance cloud-native applications, lead feature development, modernize legacy systems, and use AI tools to reduce manual work. I value clean, maintainable code, Agile collaboration, mentoring, and meaningful enterprise products.

I've built and scaled enterprise applications at Personnel Search Services, including an Applicant Tracking System handling over 10,000 monthly job applications. I delivered AI resume parsing, job description generation, and OCR with OpenAI APIs, reducing manual recruiter effort by 60%.

I've modernized legacy Rails applications, optimized PostgreSQL queries and REST APIs from 800ms to 120ms, and established CI/CD, deployment automation, Service Object architecture, and code review standards.
