I'm available for on-site or hybrid work in Chile and remote work in Latin America.

At Active IT, I managed Salesforce projects from requirements gathering through production and worked directly with clients and stakeholders. I developed with Flow Builder and configured Permission Sets, objects, Lightning Experience, and Approval Process.

On the Transbank Siebel project, I led a team of three and worked on CRM development and configuration, web services, deployments between environments, and Product Configurator.

At Aplicaciones Computacionales SPA, I configured and developed Siebel solutions for VTR, Cencosud, Sodimac, and Caja de Compensación Los Andes. My work included workflows, business components, integrations, bulk data loads, and QA certification testing.

Earlier, I worked on Siebel projects for Banco de Chile and Banco Estado, including integration analysis and development. I hold Salesforce Certified Associate Foundations and Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator certifications.
