As Co-Founder and Product Lead at Webier, I independently built IQCMS (Inventory Quality Control and Management System) from discovery through launch—translating unclear requirements into workflow logic, shipping an MVP for 100+ engineers, and cutting operational losses by 40% while doubling client revenue. I also built and shipped a multilingual AI agent on WhatsApp for 5+ SMBs, reducing customer wait times by 92% and expanding accessibility to 80% of the target market.

My work extends beyond product execution into careful research and analysis. I ran root-cause analysis and stakeholder interviews across 3+ client engagements to convert ambiguous business questions into scoped, data-backed workflows. I also produced a data-backed insights report from 20+ field interviews on digital payment adoption, surfacing a 100% adoption-vs-engagement gap and delivering go-to-market recommendations to fintech product and policy stakeholders.

On the technical and research side, I’ve built and evaluated models for real-world constraints. I developed a 6G-UAV-V2X simulation with NS-3 and NYU mmWave, implemented five attack modules to generate a labeled dataset, and trained a lightweight autoencoder IDS deployed via ONNX—achieving 91.5% recall with real-time inference under 3ms and earning a poster acceptance at IEEE COMSNETS 2026. I also lead impactful teams (Executive Head of Oculus TechRace, directing a 35-member team for a 500+ attendee event) and enjoy shipping user-facing analytics like Tableau KPI dashboards and Streamlit risk tools.
