What I'm looking for

I'm seeking an entry-level or junior IT support, help desk, technical support, or computer repair role. I'm open to remote and on-site opportunities, depending on the role requirements.

In my independent, project-based computer repair and IT support work, I diagnose desktop and laptop hardware and software issues, install operating systems and applications, and carry out maintenance and upgrades. I also explain repair work and costs clearly to customers.

I diagnosed a laptop that shut down immediately after pressing the power button, inspected its motherboard and power-related components, and used a hot-air rework station during the repair. The laptop returned to normal boot operation, which I verified with repeated power-on and shutdown tests.
