What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role coordinating multicultural events and learning programs—owning logistics, timelines, and reporting—while creating engaging content. I want a collaborative environment where I can grow my project coordination and stakeholder communication skills.

I’m a highly adaptable, detail-oriented professional with strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, shaped by international, multicultural environments. I’ve been recognized through leadership-focused initiatives, including being awarded “International Student of the Year” for contributions to cross-cultural community work.

As Head of Indonesian Day in Tomsk, I led end-to-end planning and execution for a multicultural event attended by 400+ participants. I coordinated and supervised 50+ committee members and volunteers, managing logistics, timelines, budgeting, team coordination, and stakeholder communication with university officials, sponsors, and distinguished guests.

I also bring training and development experience as an Assistant Head of Learning and Development, where I scheduled, coordinated, assisted, and evaluated training programs. I supported organizational growth by designing and delivering programs for individual and team development, while collaborating across Indonesian student associations.

Across roles, I consistently meet deadlines and thrive both independently and in teams—using tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and creative platforms (Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut) to deliver reporting, documentation, and engaging content.
