I am seeking an entry-level IT support or graduate trainee role in a collaborative organization where I can apply technical support skills, grow in system administration, and contribute to user-focused solutions.

I am a Computer Science graduate with hands-on experience in technical support, system troubleshooting, and e-learning platform maintenance, focused on delivering timely user assistance and reliable solutions.

During my undergraduate research I designed and developed a machine learning-based university enquiry chatbot using Rasa, achieving 100% intent recognition accuracy and over 92% action prediction accuracy, and integrated the Gemini API for real-time information access.
