What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a quality-focused Trust & Safety / Content Moderation role where I apply clear policy consistently, handle sensitive cases calmly, and grow in a compliance-driven team that values accuracy and measurable performance.

I’m a content moderator and operations specialist with over five years in English language roles built around applying policy carefully and getting the call right on difficult cases. I’m comfortable with sensitive material and high volume review work, and I do my best work in non voice, quality focused roles.

In my recent role, I ran daily briefings and one to one reviews while supervising seven agents handling a shared book of more than 180 international clients across the UK, US, Australian and Asian markets. I coached the team through objections and difficult conversations and finished the period at 124 percent of the team monthly target.

Earlier, I worked inside regulated environments with strict compliance rules, handling KYC, AML, regulated communication and record keeping. I also built consistent decision-making by reviewing reported content against detailed enforcement guidelines, sending anything outside policy or in a grey area up to senior review rather than guessing.
