What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build and lead international HR and talent acquisition functions, improving recruitment, remote workforce operations, performance systems, and compliance across multi-region teams.

At Peachtree Networks, I built the global HR and recruitment function for fully remote telecom and e-waste operations, reducing time-to-hire from 45–60 days to 28 days. I led the permanent remote transition for 45+ employees with zero operational disruption, built a custom Monday.com ATS/HRIS, and delivered 20–25 internal hires and 50+ project hires annually.

I've also built an HR function for an 800+ employee automotive assembly operation at Emmar Motors and managed HR operations for 1,400+ employees at Syriatel. My work spans global talent acquisition, organisational design, performance management, succession planning, HR analytics, and labour-law compliance across South Africa, UAE, USA, Colombia, Indonesia, and Syria.
