I'm looking to lead end-to-end technical hiring in a global, fast-paced environment where I can partner with stakeholders, build strong talent pipelines, improve hiring outcomes, and support an excellent candidate experience.

I've managed end-to-end technical recruitment for international and domestic clients, hiring across IT, engineering, and infrastructure roles. At Lambent Worldwide Jobs, I recruited for organizations including Qatar Energy, Ooredoo, Qatar Steel, Qatar Gas, and BeIN Sports.

I use LinkedIn headhunting, job portals, networking, referrals, direct outreach, and Boolean search to build strong passive-candidate pipelines. My targeted sourcing and requirement analysis achieved a 95% candidate suitability rate and reduced time-to-fill by 15–20%.
