At EY, I lead end-to-end recruitment for IT roles including software developers, data engineers, data scientists, cloud, and platform talent. I partner with hiring managers to translate technical requirements into role specifications and sourcing strategies.

I support GCC clients with build-out and scale-up hiring, advising on talent availability, market intelligence, compensation benchmarks, and hiring feasibility. I manage stakeholder communication, pipeline reporting, risk mitigation, offer negotiations, and hiring delivery against SLAs, quality benchmarks, and cost expectations.

Previously, I delivered recruitment through Korn Ferry and AMS for Goldman Sachs, managing sourcing, screening, interview coordination, candidate data, onboarding, and offer processes using Workday and Oracle Fusion.

Across Unisys and Concentrix, I've built candidate pipelines through LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Naukri, and other job portals. I've also mentored new hires, supported people management, and developed recruitment strategies for diverse hiring needs.
