At FUSAL, I lead an annual US$700K multisectoral development program in El Salvador, bringing together education, food security, social development, and community infrastructure. I supervise an eight-person multidisciplinary team and work with M&E colleagues to use indicators and implementation evidence in program decisions.
I also lead proposal design and quality assurance, contributing to a US$3M+ pipeline with two proposals approved. I oversee implementing partners and consultants, and manage donor and partner relationships with Food For The Poor, NEOEN, and Light A Single Candle Foundation.
Across roles with CACI Consulting Group, Save the Children International, and other organizations, I’ve managed projects, coordinated mixed-methods research and evaluation, and designed M&E systems. My work has included a school-dropout analysis informing national retention strategies and an endline evaluation of the ATECA project.
