What I'm looking for

I'm looking to solve complex technical challenges by improving maintenance, supply chain, sales support, and customer satisfaction through data analysis, 3D scanning, and advanced engineering technologies.

At Metso, I support crushers and mills across Central America and the Caribbean, collaborating with key stakeholders to improve supply chain management, sales, and maintenance planning.

I've combined technical sales support for crusher wears with 3D scanning, processing, and data analysis to optimize processes and customer satisfaction. I use Inventor, AutoCAD, PolyWorks, Power Automate, Excel, and Power BI to turn technical information into practical decisions.

Previously, I executed field service work at Metso while supporting HSE practices including lockout-tagout, work at heights, and confined-space work.

I'm a Mechanical Engineering graduate from Universidad Tecnológica de Panamá who applies critical thinking, analytical skills, and continuous innovation to solve complex technical challenges.
