What I'm looking for

I'm looking to continue contributing to banking operations, customer service, compliance, teller leadership, and opportunities to improve branch performance.

I've built my banking career at Alexbank, handling customer transactions, account services, transfers, loan payments, and cross-selling products based on customer needs.

As a Universal Teller, I process cash and cheque transactions, support POS, Fawry, and e-Finance services, complete end-of-day reconciliations, and maintain KYC and policy compliance.

While acting as Head Teller and Head of Operations, I oversaw daily teller operations, balanced cash drawers, enforced banking procedures, and worked with management on operational improvements.

I also train and mentor tellers, resolve customer concerns, open accounts, support digital banking registration, and help grow branch customer relationships through calls and visits.
