I’m looking for a HIPAA-focused virtual role where I can manage scheduling and EHR tasks, support medical billing/coding, and partner with U.S. clinicians through clear communication and reliable, detail-driven documentation.

I’m a PharmD graduate and a proactive, detail-oriented Medical Virtual Assistant committed to supporting U.S. healthcare providers and their patients. I deliver administrative, clinical, and operational support—handling patient scheduling, EHR management, and medical billing and coding with HIPAA-compliant confidentiality. I bring thorough research habits, precise patient record-keeping, and communication that helps improve workflow efficiency and patient care outcomes.

In clinical settings, I’ve used the SOAPE framework to assess patients, identify and resolve drug therapy problems, and document progress in medical records. At University of Nigeria Teaching Hospital, I provided patient education on medication use and adherence, reviewed prescriptions for drug interactions, and collaborated with healthcare teams to ensure safe, effective care.
