What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a fully remote daytime role in client services, retention, account management, or operations, with work hours aligned to WAT. My target compensation is USD 2,000 per month plus a performance bonus.

At Austin-Kate Ltd, I lead operations and sales enablement across real estate and agribusiness brands, including Anchor Heights Real Estate, Greenerpart Realtors, and MTC 360 Concept. I train real estate salespeople and manage real estate, farm, and snail-farm operations.

At Hygeia HMO Ltd, I managed relationships with more than 10 large corporate clients, supported renewals, and reduced churn by 85%. I also contributed to 30% growth in wallet share and a 30% improvement in the collection cycle.
